Here is an oldie but a goody for Valentine’s Day… be warned, this a rich cake, eat small pieces.
2 ½ oz. unsweetened chocolate
12 tbsps. Butter (1 ½ sticks)
1 ¼ cups sugar
¼ cup half and half
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ box of Oreo cookies
4 tbsps melted butter

1 unbaked pie crust
1 stick of butter (unsalted)
2 squares of baking chocolate
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt the butter and chocolate, mix with other ingredients which have been blended together. Pour into the pie shell and bake for 35 minutes (at 350).
